CHAUTAUQUA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man is accused of entering a home and a church without permission and is now facing charges. The Chautauqua County Sheriff?s Office says 24-year-old Joshua Huntress allegedly entered both locations, on Meadow Road, around 10:30 p.m. Monday night.
Huntress allegedly stole prescription medication from the home and then entered the church, where he allegedly became involved in an altercation with a victim there. Huntress is charged with second-degree burglary, petit larceny, second-degree harassment and trespass. He was taken to Chautauqua County Jail.
